I reviewed chapter 16 of Beinhocker's now for lecture #5

Beinhocker in his chapter 16 looks at organizations and in particular companies to see how they adapt to changes in the marketplace. He suggests strong organizational culture with positive values will work well. He also compares and contrasts older and younger workers on their basis of adaptability. He looks at R&D a little as skunk works or little research projects researching new products. This chapter was the second reading for lecture #5.
