I am reading chapters 5, 9 and 10 of Dalgaard, Peter. Introductory
Statistics with R (New York: Springer, 2002) to try some modeling after MDS.
This way I can now use "lm" to model my regression line and plot it with
"pairs" or "plot" and "abline". I will be reading some more of this this
morning.
