I completed after about two weeks reading van der Wusten, Herman, "The Geography of Conflict Since 1945" in The Geography of Peace and War (Oxford: Basil Blackwell, 1985).

I am also reading about anti-terrorism architecture some more. I am also about half way through chapter 3 in Denning, Dorothy E., Information Warfare and Security (Reading, Mass.: Adison-Wesley, 1999). I also have the US Army policy on Information Warfare somewhere around here on floppy.
